Our hope ~~
New owners continue offering or hosting sacred work here, including some LoveJourney events.  Our involvement must be invisible,  so we pray someone in our sex-positive world buys it and holds it for all of us.

To sell this paradise as a working retreat center so our many resources and systems can continue to be in service.  Current staff could run the place, with Katie as the world's best Admin. Assistant, great food service and logistics staff.  Or a couple running it could make that income for yourselves.

Two rooms in the garage building could bring $1000 and I'd love to rent them for me and my practice.  

A bedroom in the main house could be rented for treatments on weekdays & weekend  overnights at $95/night . 

Income grows if owners host & cater events.  Revenues could rise with promotion of overnight spaces for Romantic Getaways or private retreats.   

A cottage in back is rustic, and could be income-producing, as could the trailer with some work.

We've generated many ideas for more income, if someone has the passion to implement them.  It may take a while to build up to this level of income.
