Sunyata leads a guided meditation and breathing practice that combines sensual and spiritual energy, transcending ordinary awareness into a state of conscious rapture.

What happens: we meditate, breath, move our bodies, share energy and sacred touch (optionally) with each other.

Why you want to attend: you’ll be guided to an experience of wholeness, “at-one” with all; simultaneously connected to your sensuality and spirituality, beautiful, and connected to the other beautiful beings present with you.  

Tantra teaches sadhakas (followers of a spiritual path) to transcend ordinary awareness of duality to a conscious state of unity, to move from separation to a feeling of connectedness and wholeness, from fear and insecurity to being deeply grounded, ecstatic and present in the moment. Tantra Sangha with Sunyata is an opportunity to cultivate this enhanced state of bliss and equipoise in a safe place and then share it with others in spiritual community.

Gently and safely, Sunyata leads the group into a field of spiritual-sensual energy resonance, individually experienced, then optionally, shared with others present in slow, “exquisite engagement.” Everyone is at choice whether to contain their experience within or, with invitation and welcome, to share with others in sacred movement and touch.

This is a clothing-on, non-sexual practice intended to provide a felt sense of integrated spiritual-sensual energy, and contribute to Tantra Sangha (spiritual community) in our local area and on the planet as a whole.

This practice is intended for yogins, sadhakas, and Tantrikas experienced in meditation and breathing practice.

 While this is a sensual practice, no sexual activity is suggested or required. You are invited to wear layered loose fitting clothing similar to yoga-wear.
